As of January 1, 2026, the jackpot reporting threshold has increased from $1,200 to $2,000.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
• Jackpots under $2,000 will not require a W-2G form for Federal or State tax filings.
• As of now and going forward, we will provide tax reporting documents to you for slot machine wins of $2,000 or higher.
• We are currently in the process of updating our slot machines to reflect the same thresholds. Until all machines have been appropriately updated they will continue to lock for jackpot wins of $1,200 or more. When this happens, one of our Slot Attendants will unlock the machine and hand pay the full amount for you so you can resume play.
