We believe gaming should be fun and entertaining. While most players enjoy gambling in a healthy and responsible manner, it can lead to serious issues for others. If gambling is a problem for you, we strongly urge you to take advantage of the responsible gaming resources and programs that are available to you.
Going On Voluntary Self-Exclusion. For some people at some point in their lives and for a variety of reasons it may be wise to “take a break” from casino gaming. If you or a loved one is interested in doing so, Voluntary Self Exclusion is available at Seneca Casinos. A person who requests a Voluntary Self Exclusion may not enter the premises of any Seneca Gaming Corporation property and will not be eligible to receive any promotional offers or comps while their Voluntary Exclusion is active. Persons who wish to seek further information or request a Voluntary Self Exclusion while on premises at any Seneca Gaming Corporation property may do so by inquiring with Security personnel who will direct them to an Inspector of the Seneca Gaming Authority. If a person who has been voluntarily excluded enters the premises while under exclusion, he/she is subject to arrest for trespassing and any winnings will be forfeited. Voluntary Self Exclusion, once entered into, remains in effect until a written request for reinstatement has been submitted and approved as described below. Due to a certain amount of lag time in our direct mail program, a person who has entered into Voluntary Self Exclusion may continue to receive mailed offers from us for a short period of time. These should be disregarded and will not be honored.
Getting Off Of Voluntary Self Exclusion. After one year, a person who has voluntarily self excluded may request permission from the Seneca Gaming Authority to get off of Voluntary Self Exclusion. This may be done by contacting the following Seneca Gaming Authority representative:
345 Third St. Suite 404
Niagara Falls, NY 14303
Please note that once entered into Voluntary Self Exclusion remains in effect at all Seneca Gaming Corporation properties until written confirmation otherwise has been received from the Seneca Gaming Authority.
Suspension of Credit Privileges. Any of our credit customers may suspend their credit accounts at any time. This may be done by contacting the Seneca Gaming Authority in the manner listed above with respect to voluntary exclusion from Seneca Casinos.
Help for Problem Gaming. The New York Council on Problem Gambling is a non-profit independent corporation dedicated to increasing public awareness about problem and compulsive gambling, and advocating for support services and treatment for people adversely affected by gambling. Seneca Casinos encourages any of its patrons who think they may have a problem with gambling to seek information and assistance by calling the Council toll free at 1-877-8-HOPENY.
